Message of Healing
Healing to me is never feeling the reoccurring nightmares again, never feeling nervous in any social situation and being able to trust again.
I thought we were friends. I was told it was a mistake, what I thought was a blossoming friendship was apparently just general “friendly chitchat.” He sexually assaulted me one evening, I learned afterwards he was in a long term relationship while discovering even later he was after another girl. When I tried to warn her through having been suggested her profile on Instagram (algorithm etc.), I was threatened physically and legally. When I later learned he was abusive to his ex and was now in a relationship with this new girl, he reported me to my job for harassment as I tried to warn her one last time. Rumours were spread in my workplace and left me with nobody to trust. He ruined my life, while making it impossible to rebuild. Here’s to all the women who have escaped or are trying their best in life. You’re not alone.
