癒しのメッセージ
Healing to me means realising it was never about me . Its about dominance and control . Its the realisation these people are cowards and predators who prey on the vulnerable of society.
I suffered psychological , financial , emotional and worst of all sexual abuse because of him. Which still leaves me traumatised . I kept it a secret for years too afraid to tell anyone . It was only when my suicidal thoughts got so bad i scared myself i told family but when i told them and got counselling and got help it helped . I was diagnosed with ptsd. Ever since that day knowing ive people who support me has helped massively .there will always be hard days some worse than others but remember you are a survivor.Years have passed i still get triggered so badly that i cant breath but i am here fighting everyday and will continue everyday .
